WOMENS ONLY CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our Circuit Training group class is a little like our Boxfit group where participants rotate through a number of stations, performing different exercises to time or repetitions, back to back and/or with minimum rest periods. The class would normally contain several movements including body weight, weighted and dynamic exercises.


You're welcome to come along with your own boxing gloves or we can provide these for you at the start of the session.
