You don’t have to step into the ring to build the body of a professional fighter. Boxing is all about intensity, fast movements, precision technique and an ever-changing pace.
Our BoxFit class is a form of training where participants rotate through a number of stations, performing different exercises to time or repetitions, back to back and/or with minimum rest periods. The class would normally contain several movements including body weight, weighted and dynamic exercises.
The class is a NON CONTACT circuit so no boxing experience is neccessary. Stations will typically include the use of punchbags, instructor focus pad stations along with various other exercises to help build strength, stamina and endurance.
